codolt I've only played Risk of Rain 2 but I'm glad I checked out the first game's OST regardless. This feels like a different slice of the same cake, albeit smaller and with a different kind of "frosting;" the sound is more closed-in and electronic compared to the slightly more open and acoustic sounds in RoR2. This series has some of the best video game music I've heard, honestly. Favorite track: Double Fucking Rainbow.

Jordan Vauvert Je n'ai encore jamais eu l'occasion de jouer à Risk of Rain mais j'ai souvent eu l'opportunité de tomber sur la bande-originale du jeu en regardant quelques streams et ça m'a toujours subjugué. On se représente vite ces environnements hostiles avec le hard rock/metal ("Double Fucking Rainbow"). Comment ne pas entendre les créatures aliens grâce aux tonalités aiguës de la guitare ("Hailstorm"), comment ne pas être fasciné par ces contrées mystérieuses ("Dew Point") ?

It is literally impossible for me to pick one favorite track from this game, all of the music is my favorite! However, if I did have to pick one, I'd pick First Steps. It's the perfect introduction to the grand journey that Celeste is and is really nostalgic to me, reminding me of when I first found Celeste Classic and discovered there was a much larger adventure with Madeline waiting for me at the peak of Celeste Mountain! sdg1
